Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Arroykian Solutions (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with our website at arroykian.com (the “Site”). It does not govern the individual CRM applications we build and deploy for customers at their own subdomains — those are operated under a separate agreement with each customer, who acts as the data controller for the data inside their CRM.

What this Site collects
The Site is a static marketing page. We aim to collect as little as possible:
- No accounts, no analytics, no advertising. We do not run third-party analytics or ad/tracking pixels on the Site.
- Local storage on your device. If you use the “Open your CRM” tool, the last CRM address you entered may be saved in your browser’s local storage so you can reconnect quickly. We also store a flag recording that you dismissed the storage notice. These stay on your device and are never sent to us. See our Cookie Policy.
- Email you send us. If you email [email protected], we receive whatever you include in that message and use it to reply and scope potential work.
- Server logs. Our host (Cloudflare) processes standard request data such as IP address, user agent, and timestamps to serve the Site and protect it from abuse.
How we use information
We use the limited information above to operate and secure the Site, to respond to enquiries, and to provide the optional sign-in convenience feature. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Third parties
- Cloudflare hosts the Site and our customer deployments and processes request logs as our infrastructure provider.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on the Site. Loading fonts from Google may expose your IP address to Google. If you prefer, you can block the font request; the Site stays fully usable with fallback fonts.
- Supabase provides authentication and database services for the CRM applications we deploy (not for this marketing Site).
Cookies and local storage
The Site does not set tracking cookies. It uses a small amount of browser local storage for the features described above. Full detail and instructions for clearing it are in our Cookie Policy.
Data retention
Local-storage values persist on your device until you clear them. Emails you send are retained as long as needed to handle your enquiry and our business records. Host logs are retained per our provider’s standard retention windows.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable period. You can clear on-device storage yourself at any time through your browser settings.
Security
The Site is served over HTTPS with strict transport security and a content security policy. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect information under our control.
Children
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect information from children.
International visitors
Arroykian Solutions operates internationally and uses service providers that may process data in multiple countries. By using the Site you understand that your information may be processed outside your country of residence.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
